Objective: We reviewed perioperative management of patients undergoing adrenal surgery at UHS between 1/12/2020 to 1/6/2022 (19-month period) since formalisation of its regional adrenal MDT.Results: 45 adrenalectomies were performed during this period with all cases being discussed at the adrenal MDT, of which 24 (53%) were referred from peripheral hospitals. Introduction: The aim of this project was to review all adrenal masses ≥ 10 cm managed in our organisation over a 10-year period (2012-2022).Results: 20 adrenal masses ≥10 cm in maximal diameter were identified (range 10-32 cm, average 16.6 cm, 6 above 20 cm and one above 30 cm).
